In our thriller we have added certain conventions that fit in with the thriller genre:
-For example we have many questions that are left to the audience hat is created by what is on screen. Because we don know why the killer is in the house and why he is targeting this man. This is common in thriller as it makes the viewer want to watch more.
-We have the villain in our film which is common in thrillers but we don't know who he is yet.
-We have a good setup that is based around levels of suspense that is set up by how the villain 'creeps' around unseen to the protagonist, but is seen by the viewers.
-We have the classic, murder/conflict beginning that is common in thriller movies as in films such as Zodiac, A history of violence ect.
